Job summary

Orange Sky Australia is seeking a proactive fundraiser to lead multi-channel campaigns supporting Individual and Regular Giving across Australia and New Zealand. You will craft donor journeys, manage content, and collaborate with internal teams to drive engagement and sustainable revenue growth.

The role focuses on campaign execution, digital fundraising, and supporter experience, requiring hands-on fundraising experience and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fundraising, digital fundraising, or individual giving.
• Experience in growing a subscriber, customer, or donor base within the not-for-profit sector is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with digital and email fundraising platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to connect with donors.
• Good data insight and process management to support campaign optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel campaigns: end-to-end delivery of Individual and Regular Giving activity.
• Support Regular Giving program to drive sustainable revenue and growth.
• Craft content and assets across channels aligned with messaging and brand frameworks.
• Coordinate fundraising systems and supporter journeys for smooth campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data to identify opportunities for testing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns.
