Orange Sky is seeking a proactive Fundraising Campaigns role to help deliver our Individual & Regular Giving programs across Australia and New Zealand. You will focus on campaign execution, digital fundraising and supporter experience, turning strategies into high-quality communications that grow engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fundraising experience, especially digital or individual giving.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns from planning to delivery.
• Not-for-profit sector experience is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end multi-channel donor campaigns across acquisition, appeals, engagement and retention.
• Support Regular Giving program delivery to drive sustainable revenue and growth.
• Create campaign content and assets aligned with brand messaging.
• Coordinate fundraising platforms, CRM processes and donor journeys for smooth execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and use data to identify opportunities for testing and optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
