Job summary

The ASRC welcomes applications for a Regular Giving Coordinator to lead growth, retention and strategic development of our regular giving program in Melbourne.

Reporting to the Individual Giving Lead, the role designs multi-channel campaigns across digital, direct mail and telemarketing to inspire sustainable support for people seeking asylum, while optimizing donor journeys and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in regular giving, individual giving, or direct response fundraising.
• Experience with fundraising CRMs (Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) to segment audiences and track metrics.
• Hands-on experience executing multi-channel donor acquisition and retention journeys.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Commitment to human rights and refugees support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end regular giving acquisition, conversion, upgrades and retention campaigns across digital, direct mail and telemarketing channels.
• Map and refine meaningful donor communications to maximize retention and lifetime value.
• Monitor key program KPIs, including lifetime value (LTV), retention rates and attrition using CRM insights to refine strategy and drive continuous growth.
• Supervise external partners, telemarketing agencies and creative suppliers to ensure campaign delivery matches brand standards and budget targets.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Communications and Community Engagement teams to craft compelling storytelling and seamless donor experiences.
