Job summary

Canteen is seeking a Regular Giving Manager in Australia to own and grow one of our largest income streams. You will lead acquisition, retention and engagement strategies to drive supporter growth and lifetime value.

The role combines strategic fundraising leadership with a data-driven approach, and a focus on developing a high-performing team within a hybrid Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane setup.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale Regular Giving and direct marketing programs.
• Strong strategic, analytical and commercial skills; using data to inform decisions.
• Proven track record of income growth via acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management excellence.
• Experience managing agency relationships to deliver fundraising campaigns.
• Proactive, positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Warm, compassionate approach to supporting young people.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver Canteen's Regular Giving strategy; lead income stream growth.
• Drive acquisition, retention and engagement to increase supporters and lifetime value.
• Lead a data-led program; leverage insights and testing to improve performance.
• Manage agency and stakeholder relationships to ensure compliant, effective campaigns.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Regular Giving team.
