Job summary

Caruso in Sydney is seeking a Registry Officer to manage investor onboarding, registry maintenance, and capital activity for private market funds. The role sits at the core of operations, ensuring records are accurate, compliant, and up to date, with collaboration across accounting, legal, and implementation teams on a modern AI-native platform.

You will validate onboarding docs, maintain registers, process capital activity, and generate investor communications while upholding AML/CTF compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in registry or investor services, ideally in fund administration or custody.
• Strong AML/KYC knowledge relevant to AU/NZ jurisdictions.
• Experience handling investor capital activity workflows.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investor onboarding and AML/KYC validation.
• Maintain accurate investor registers and update details.
• Process capital calls, distributions, transfers and unit issues.
• Prepare investor notices and reporting correspondence.
• Ensure AML/CTF compliance and support audits.
• Track tasks with internal tools and escalate delays.
• Identify efficiency improvements and support automation.
