Responsibilities

• Online banking payments, file uploads and bank account establishment
• Processing investor applications, redemptions and transfers
• Maintaining CRM database
• Maintaining obligation diary system
• Maintain register of investors and associates information
• Preparation and distribution of statements, reports and notices
• Group email inbox management
• Electronic filing
• Undertake, review and document research in relation to clients and investors, including ASIC searches, website searches, verifying documentation received, and organisational charts
