Job summary

Caruso is hiring a Registry Officer in Sydney to manage investor onboarding, AML/KYC checks, and registry maintenance for a portfolio of private market funds. You will work with fund accounting, legal, and implementation teams on a modern AI-native platform to ensure accurate, compliant investor records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a registry, investor services, or unit registry role in fund administration/ custody.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC requirements in AU/NZ.
• Experience handling investor capital activity workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Investor Onboarding & AML/KYC in AU/NZ jurisdictions.
• Maintain accurate investor registers and update details, tax residency and banking info.
• Support end-to-end capital activity processing, notices, and registry updates.
• Generate investor communications and statements to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Ensure AML/CTF compliance, FATCA/CRS, and audit support.
• Track tasks using internal tools and escalate delays.
• Identify efficiency improvements and contribute to automation of registry processes.
