Calvary Home Care in Adelaide, SA is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver quality community nursing services. You will assess and plan care with a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical support to clients, and collaborate with support workers to ensure exceptional home-based care.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration and First Aid Certificate are required.

About The Role

As a member of the Calvary Home Care team, you will deliver quality services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience whilst at Calvary Home Care. Assist in planning, assessing and evaluating our clients needs with the help of our multidisciplinary team, to promote positive health outcomes. The Registered Nurse provides clinical support to our clients and collaborates with our support workers to deliver exceptional care to our clients in the community. The Support at Home RN will be a key part of our Support at Home tea, working with the Care Leads to deliver excellent care out in the community for our clients, the main priority will be to support the clients and the care leads with assessments and care planning.

About You
