Job summary

Calvary Home Care - Port Augusta is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity care across short and long-term programs. You will administer medications, perform IV cannulation and wound care, and collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans.

With a current AHPRA registration and at least 1 year of acute nursing experience, you will work in a supportive, mission-driven environment that values ongoing education, flexible shifts, and safe, patient-centred care.

Qualifications

  • Current AHPRA Nursing Registration.
  • Minimum 1 year acute nursing experience.
  • Full drivers licence and access to own car.
  • CPR certification.
  • Willing to obtain NDIS and Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of IV, IM, SC and PO medications.
  • IV cannulation.

  • Communication within the clinical team to ensure care is provided.

About The Role

As a member of the Calvary Home Care team and as an experienced RN, you will provide care to high acuity clients from various short term/long terms programs. You will provide complex care to all clients by working both independently and as part of a team. Some of our benefits include but are limited to are, AM/PM shifts, Fulltime/Part time work and Ongoing education/Training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration of IV, IM, SC and PO medications
  • IV Cannulation
  • Provide complex wound care
