Job summary

Newcastle Anglican is seeking a permanent full-time Registered Nurse to join Bishop Tyrell Place in Cundletown. You will act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, coordinating person-centred care through effective collaboration with staff and clear communication.

The role involves shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights, with an emphasis on teamwork and high-quality care for ageing individuals. AHPRA registration and a Senior First Aid cert are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.
• Proven ability to deliver person-centred care respecting dignity.
• Experience leading employees and mentoring staff.
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate.
• National Police Check required.

Permanent Full Time Registered Nurse - Bishop Tyrell Place

We have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Bishop Tyrell Place in Cundletown.

You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.

There is a variety of shifts over the fortnight, morning, afternoons and nights.

Role & Responsibilities:
