Job summary

Samaritans in Newcastle NSW is seeking a permanent full-time Registered Nurse to join the Anglican Care aged care service at Kilpatrick Court Toronto.

You will lead a ward team, mentor staff and ensure person-centred care through effective teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current registration under AHPRA.
• Experience delivering person-centred care that respects the dignity of individuals.
• Senior First Aid certificate (ongoing requirement).
• Able to lead and work effectively in a team.
• National Police Check is considered; Newcastle Anglican will review outcomes.

We have a permanent full-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Anglican Care aged care service at Kilpatrick Court Toronto.

You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person-centred care. Your strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills will prove invaluable as you work collaboratively with a range of staff.

Full-Time roster with RDO accrual
