Job summary

Newcastle Anglican is seeking Registered Nurses to join Anglican Care aged care facilities across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. You will act as a ward-level team leader and mentor, promoting effective teamwork and open communication to coordinate person-centred care.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, a valid driver’s licence, and flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and nights. A range of shifts and benefits are offered within a faith-based organisation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current registration under AHPRA.
• Experience delivering person centred care that respects the dignity of the individual.
• Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport.
• Willingness to undergo police check and drug/alcohol screening.
• NDIS Check and other screenings as required.

• Provide palliative care with AN-ACC knowledge.
• Demonstrate leadership of employees at ward level.
• Manage time effectively and work well in a team.

Newcastle Anglican has permanent opportunities for Registered Nurses to join its Anglican Care aged care facilities across Newcastle + Lake Macquarie.

You will have the ability to act as a team leader and mentor at ward level, participating in effective teamwork and maintaining communication with colleagues to promote collaboration and facilitate the coordination of person centred care. Role & Responsibilities:

• Experience in palliative care, knowledge ofAN-ACC and providing high quality care of the ageing people
