Job summary

Recruitflex NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. The RN will provide clinical care and support residents to live safely and with dignity on a consistent shift roster.

You will collaborate with families and the care team, maintain thorough documentation, and uphold high standards of resident wellbeing. AHPRA registration and strong communication are essential, with competitive pay and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in Australia.
• Aged care experience is highly regarded, hospital or community nursing also welcomed.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with residents, families and the care team.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to satisfy a National Criminal History Check.

What You’ll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 2+ years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse in Australia
• Aged care experience is highly regarded, however RNs with relevant hospital or community nursing experience are also encouraged to apply
• A caring and compassionate approach, with a genuine passion for supporting older Australians to enjoy the best possible quality of life
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, colleagues and leadership
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Ability to satisfy a National Criminal History Check
