Job summary

501 Care Centre on the Gold Coast seeks a passionate Registered Nurse to join our aged care team. You will undertake client care needs, including assessments, and develop individualized Care Plans within a multidisciplinary team.

The role is full-time with a 6-month probation, Monday to Friday 7:00–15:15, with night shift equity. Requires AHPRA registration, National Police certificate, First aid, and valid work rights in Australia.

• Liaising with clients and their significant others, and members of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes.

We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a passionate Nurse to work in the Aged Care Industry.

Registered Nurse full time position with 6 months probationary period - Monday to Friday AM shifts 7 - 3.15 pm
