Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 12 months’ nursing experience, preferably in aged care
• Current National Police Check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple facilities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends
• Full Australian working rights

• Delivering person-centred nursing care to aged care residents
• Medication administration and clinical assessments
• Care planning, documentation and clinical reviews
• Monitoring and responding to changes in resident conditions
• Wound care and chronic disease management
• Supporting and supervising care staff
• Maintaining infection control and clinical governance standards
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and leadership across a variety of residential aged care facilities throughout the Central Coast.

Duties may include:

• Delivering person-centred nursing care to aged care residents
• Medication administration and clinical assessments
• Care planning, documentation and clinical reviews
