Job summary

Employer Sponsored Jobs in Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead clinical care and supervise care staff in an established residential aged care home. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care, manage medication rounds, and lead a multidisciplinary team while upholding Aged Care Quality Standards.

Onshore sponsorship through the 482 or 494 visa is available to eligible candidates who meet DHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Must currently reside in Australia (essential).
• Significant experience in aged care or related healthcare setting, minimum 1 year.
• Strong clinical skills in caring for older adults with diverse health needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate, person-centred approach and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job description

An established residential aged care provider in Sydney needs a Registered Nurse who can take charge of clinical care and lead its care staff. The employer is looking for someone experienced and caring, able to keep standards high under the Aged Care Quality Standards while keeping the warm, person-focused culture the home is known for.

Employer sponsorship through the 482 or 494 visa is open to eligible candidates who meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements. The home is recruiting onshore only: applicants must currently live in Australia and hold current AHPRA registration.
