• Take part in admissions and continuing assessments.

• Produce accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide direct clinical care to residents when required.
• Manage medicines safely, from ordering and storage through to documentation.
• Monitor health and wellbeing and respond when a resident's clinical condition changes.
• Collaborate with families, carers, GPs and the care team, keeping the environment safe, respectful and person-centred.
• Support quality, compliance and continuous improvement, and mentor care staff on clinical needs.
