Employer Sponsored Jobs is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a not-for-profit aged care residential home outside Albury, NSW. This part-time role focuses on delivering person-centred clinical care and dementia support, with shifts across different days.

You will be registered with AHPRA, have aged care exposure, and demonstrate strong clinical problem-solving and teamwork. Visa sponsorship is possible for the right candidate, subject to policy and checks.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Aged care exposure and dementia experience.
• Post-graduate applications are welcome.
• Vaccinated in line with organisational policy (COVID-19 and influenza).
• Will undertake National Criminal History Check and pre-employment medical assessment.

The employer, a values-led not-for-profit with aged care homes, home care services and retirement villages in New South Wales, needs a Registered Nurse to strengthen the clinical team at a residential home outside Albury. The position is part-time.

What the employer needs most is a nurse who puts residents first: someone who delivers sound clinical care to older people, is comfortable supporting residents with dementia and can think through clinical problems on the floor. The organisation has stated that it will consider visa sponsorship for the successful nurse.

Shifts fall across different days, and you report into a leadership and corporate support team the employer describes as strong and engaged.

• Provide clinical care to residents that centres on each individual

• Holds full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Understands the Aged Care Quality Standards

• Has affinity with and experience of residents with dementia, or is willing to gain experience

• Works as an excellent, highly motivated team player
• Can work various shifts across various days
• Vaccinated in line with the organisation's immunisation policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza
