Job summary

Arcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in our Noosa Shire residence. You will conduct health assessments, monitor vitals, administer medications, manage wounds, and contribute to care planning and documentation using eCase.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents' needs
• Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies
• Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare's values, policies, and professional clinical standards.

• Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management
• Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection
• Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents' needs
• Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase
• Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies
• Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies
