Job summary

Compass Education And Migration Pty Ltd – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Registered Migration Agent to perform migration work with minimal supervision. The role includes advising on visa options, liaising with clients, and handling applications across employer-sponsored categories.

You will manage client files, stay updated on immigration policies, and work in a dynamic team focused on delivering successful visa outcomes for Chinese international students and applicants.

Qualifications

• Must be a Mandarin-speaking Registered Migration Agent with at least 1 year of experience.
• Stays up-to-date with changing immigration legislation and policies.
• Able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Professional, fast and accurate with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options and other related immigration issues
• Prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options and other related immigration issues
• Providing advice to and managing the expectations of clients and visa applicants
• Complete online visa Application form, state and regional nominations and skills assessment application lodgement
• Liaising with clients over the phone, in person and via email, gathering visa documents from clients and following up applications
• Accurately maintain and update client files in relevant systems, including working with CRM system
• We process a wide range of visas but previous experience will be required in a range of the Employer sponsored categories, namely 482, 186, 400, 407, 494 and Family / Partner applications.
