Qualifications

• Must be a Mandarin-speaking Registered Migration Agent with at least 1 year of experience.
• Keeps up-to-date with changing immigration laws and policies.
• Able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong writing and communication skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options and related immigration issues.
• Provide guidance to clients and manage expectations of visa applicants.
• Complete online visa applications, state and regional nominations and skills assessment lodgement.
• Liaise with clients by phone, in person and via email; gather visa documents and follow up on applications.
• Maintain and update client files in relevant systems, including CRM.

The role will also include:

• Prepare timely and accurate adviceregarding visa options and other related immigration issues
• Providing advice to and managing the expectations of clients and visa applicants
• Complete online visa Application form, state and regional nominations and skills assessment application lodgement
• Liaising with clients over the phone, in person and via email, gathering visa documents from clients and following up applications
• Accurately maintain and update client files in relevant systems, including working with CRM system
