Compass Education And Migration Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Education Consultant/migration agent assistant to join our busy HQ team. The role focuses on guiding international students, coordinating with providers, and assisting visa applications.

You will liaise with clients by phone, email, and in person, maintain accurate files in our CRM, and support the migration team with timely advice and documentation.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking education consultant or migration assistant experience preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional academic advice for international students.
• Communicate with education providers to follow up on student applications.
• Assist students with applications and enrolments and prepare visa-related documentation.

About the role

Due to consistent business and market growth, we have a number of exciting opportunities to join our team. We are currently seeking somemandarin speaker full-time Education Consultant/migration agent assistant in the Sydney headquarters office to join our professional team.

The role will also include:

Providing professional academic advice for international students

Communicate with educations providers to follow up on students' applications

Assist students' applications and enrolments

Assist the Migration Agent in preparing documentation for visa applications

Assist the mara agent to prepare timely and accurate adviceregarding visa options and other related immigration issues

Liaising with clients over the phone, in person, and via email, gathering visa documents from clients, and following up on applications

Accurately maintain and update client files in relevant systems, including working with CRM system

Skills and experience

Should be a mandarin speaker Education Consultant or Registered Migration Agent assistant
