Job summary
Compass Education And Migration Pty Ltd in Melbourne, VIC, seeks a Mandarin-speaking Education Consultant/Registered Migration Agent assistant for the Hobart office. The role combines education advising with migration support for international students.
You will liaise with education providers, assist with applications and visas, and help the Migration Agent deliver timely, accurate guidance. The position offers a hands-on, team-driven environment with training and career development.
Qualifications
- Mandarin-speaking ability is required or highly preferred.
- Experience in education or migration advisory is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional academic advice for international students.
- Communicate with education providers to follow up on students' applications.
- Assist students' applications and enrolments.
- Assist students' visa applications.
- Assist the Migration Agent in preparing documentation for visa applications.
- Assist the Migration Agent to prepare timely and accurate advice regarding visa options and other related immigration issues.
- Liaise with clients by phone, in person, and via email, gathering visa documents and following up on applications.
- Support a vibrant company culture and ongoing staff development.
