Qualifications

• Proven track record of hunting and closing new business with new customers.
• Proficiency using CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• High energy, enthusiasm and resilience.
• Self-motivated with strong results orientation.

We have a new opening within our Opal Fibre Packaging sales team in Victoria. Opal Fibre Packaging supplies a wide range of innovative corrugated packaging solutions to a broad range of market segments.

As a Regional Territory Manager you will manage an existing customer portfolio within the fresh produce (fruit and vegetables) business.

This is an autonomous role where much of your time would be spent face to face with customers, but when you’re office-based that location is at our Mildura site.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by driving sales growth in this territory through:

• Maintaining and growing sales and gross margin within your existing customer base
• Developing new business opportunities through increased share of wallet and developing new customer opportunities
• Managing allocated key customer accounts including contracts
