• Primary interface to Microsoft for Security, aligning SA plan to priorities and field structure to drive pipeline.
• Integrates practice and GTM for enterprise and mid-market clients to a single SA strategy.
• Anchors solutioning/delivery accountability for SA outcomes, leveraging practice-anchored architects.
• Owns strategic capability direction for SA: priorities, investments, GTM alignment, workforce planning at strategy level.
• Ensures SA delivery model is competitive, repeatable, and commercially viable, improving client outcomes and margins.
• Builds SA reputation as a magnet for talent and a repeatability discipline.
• Contributes to cross-SA collaboration and capability investment.
• Responsible for client value and success in SA through senior client relationships.
• Manages personal chargeability and market utilization expectations in line with plan types.
