Partner with the National Sales Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to align regional execution with national priorities and client objectives.
Provide clear regional performance updates, customer insights and recommendations to support national decision-making.
Ensure all sales activities meet relevant pharmaceutical industry codes, company policies and ethical and compliance requirements.
You’re a commercially driven, people-focused professional who can build capability, inspire others and turn strategy into results. You bring a practical, hands-on approach to coaching and the adaptability to help a new team get up to speed quickly.
You’ll ideally bring:
Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or another performance-driven sales environment.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching or mentoring capability, with the ability to motivate individuals and develop a high-performing team.
Strong commercial, analytical and planning skills, translating performance data and market insights into practical action.
Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
The ability to balance regional priorities with national objectives and deliver consistent execution.
A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach, with resilience and confidence in a changing environment.
A commitment to ethical sales practices, compliance and professional standards.
Previous pharmaceutical sales leadership experience will be highly regarded, particularly within primary care or a specialist therapeutic area. We also welcome high-performing sales professionals with strong commercial results, demonstrated coaching capability and the ambition to step into regional leadership.
This role requires travel across the region, full Australian working rights and a current Australian driver’s licence.
This is a rare opportunity to take on a pivotal regional leadership role at the beginning of a new national sales team.
Shape your team’s culture, capability and operating standards from the outset.
Coach and empower representatives to deliver confident customer engagement and consistent performance.
Support an exciting cardiometabolic portfolio across primary care.
Influence priorities, identify growth opportunities and deliver results aligned with national strategy and client outcomes.
Broaden your commercial and people leadership experience within a collaborative healthcare organisation.
