Job summary

DKSH in NSW South is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a newly created national GP Sales Representatives team focused on a cardiometabolic portfolio. You will translate national strategy into regional plans, recruit, onboard and coach the team to deliver strong customer engagement and commercial results.

You will build operating rhythms, establish capabilities and performance standards, and drive accountability and collaboration across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or a performance-driven sales environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability for building high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial, analytical and planning skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a regional team of GP Sales Representatives to achieve sales and engagement objectives.
• Translate national strategy into regional business plans and measurable targets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team readiness for effective field execution.
• Build capability through regular field coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
• Embed operating rhythms, engagement standards and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Use data, CRM insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Align regional execution with national priorities and client objectives.
• Provide regional performance updates and customer insights to support national decisions.
• Ensure all activities comply with industry codes, policies and compliance requirements.
