Job summary

The Weir Group is seeking a Sales Director for WA to lead a high-performing regional sales team across hybrid work arrangements. You will drive strategic growth with major mining customers, oversee pricing and margin optimization, and collaborate across functions to deliver customer value.

You will engage with senior customers, expand market share, and guide the sales organisation through complex negotiations while aligning with global objectives and ESCO initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in mining or related sectors.
• Track record in strategic account management and executive engagement.
• Strong negotiation and commercial decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a high-performing regional sales team.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies for APAC/ESCO.
• Own executive relationships with major mining customers and contractors.
• Drive pricing strategy, margin optimization and value-based selling.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Supply Chain, Service, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
• Represent ESCO at events and maintain deep customer insights.
