Job summary

Mineral Technologies, a Downer subsidiary, is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to run the AU/NZ region. You will report to the General Manager and lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth, strengthen executive-level customer relationships, identify new market opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

You will be responsible for developing regional growth strategies, particularly for equipment sales, and collaborating with global sales, technical and marketing teams

Qualifications

• Significant sales leadership experience in mining, mineral processing or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to grow sales pipelines and develop new markets and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience managing relationships from operational to executive levels.
• Knowledge of capital equipment sales and long-cycle B2B sales.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development capabilities.
• Commercial acumen, negotiation and contract management skills.
• Degree in Engineering or Business or related field.
• Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional sales team
