Job summary

I'm in the Right is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Sales team in Queensland. Ideally based in the Brisbane or Tingalpa area, you will develop and manage industry partner relationships across South East Queensland, supporting our Tingalpa and Southport branches.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, networking and stakeholder management skills.
• A current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Go-getter attitude with an enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
• Experience using CRM systems (highly desirable).
• Automotive, insurance, accident management or related industry experience (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new profitable business opportunities within your territory.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing industry partners and referral partners.
• Conduct strategic sales planning and maintain a regular customer call cycle.
• Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities.
• Promote I’m in the Right's services and value proposition to prospective partners.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity records within the CRM.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Prepare sales reports and provide competitor and market intelligence.
• Work closely with Operations and Accident Management teams to ensure positive customer and partner outcomes.
• Support presentations, proposals and business development initiatives as required.
• Demonstrate our values and contribute positively to our team culture.
