Job summary

Oroton is seeking a Regional Manager - Western Australia to lead a portfolio of up to five stores across the state. You will coach Store Managers, drive sales and customer experience, and partner with regional leaders to implement strategies.

• Proven experience in a Regional Manager, Area Manager or similar multi-site retail leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams across multiple store locations.

• Experience in recruitment, coaching and succession planning to build strong leadership pipelines.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Oroton as a Regional Manager - Western Australia, leading a growing portfolio of stores across the state. This role will oversee up to 5 locations, with the potential for future store network growth, and will play a critical role in supporting our continued retail expansion.

Working in close collaboration with our current Regional management team and reporting into our Multi-State Manager, you will lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results. As the business continues to grow, the store portfolio for this role is dynamic and may evolve from time to time, reflecting new opportunities within our retail network. This role is suited to an experienced retail leader who thrives on developing people, building strong teams and driving performance across multiple locations.
