Oroton in Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Concession Manager to lead two Oroton concession pads within Myer Perth—Accessories on Ground Floor and Apparel on First Floor.

You will provide senior leadership across both locations, drive sales performance, oversee recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance, and partner with regional leaders to deliver elevated, on-brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable).
• Understanding of concession stock processes and operational requirements (desirable).
• Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience.
• A natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury product.
• Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
• A positive, energetic leadership style that inspires and motivates your team.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Senior Concession Manager to join our Myer Perth team.

This is a senior leadership opportunity overseeing two Oroton concession pads across Myer Perth - Accessories on the Ground Floor and Apparel on the First Floor.

With an established Concession Manager leading the Accessories business, the Senior Concession Manager will provide senior leadership, direction and support across both locations, and will help create alignment across both teams, drive commercial performance and ensure a consistent, elevated Oroton experience across the Myer Perth business.

This role is ideal for a highly experienced retail leader who is confident managing multiple teams, developing leaders and balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership on the floor.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday -Saturday roster
