Job summary

Oroton is seeking a results-driven Multi-Site Manager to supervise the Emporium Boutique, Myer Melbourne and David Jones Bourke Street stores in Melbourne. You will lead three locations, shaping the customer experience, coaching leaders, and driving commercial performance.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll develop high-performing teams, maintain premium service, and partner with VM to execute brand standards across all sites.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced and inspiring Multi-Site Manager to oversee our Emporium Boutique, Myer Melbourne and David Jones Bourke Street stores.

This is a brand-new leadership opportunity, offering genuine scope to influence, develop and grow our Melbourne retail presence. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take ownership across three key locations, driving commercial performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering a consistent, elevated Oroton client experience.

This role is ideal for a passionate fashion and apparel leader who thrives in a multi-site environment, has strong clienteling expertise, and is motivated by building teams, driving results and shaping the future of Oroton retail.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and develop teams across multiple locations to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
• Drive commercial performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs across all sites
• Support and develop Store and Concession Managers through coaching, feedback and performance management
• Ensure consistent delivery of elevated client experiences and premium service standards
• Partner with VM and leadership teams to execute brand standards, visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
• Analyse performance and implement strategies that drive growth across each location

What You Bring

• Proven multi-site leadership experience within fashion, apparel or premium retail environments
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations
• Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for exceptional customer experiences
• Strong understanding of fashion, styling, product and premium retail standards
• Confidence in coaching leaders, driving accountability and building succession plans
• A positive, inspiring leadership style that motivates teams and delivers results
