Oroton Group in Western Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a growing portfolio of stores across the state. You will oversee up to five locations, reporting into the Multi-State Manager, and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

This role suits an experienced retail leader who thrives on developing people, building strong teams and driving performance across multiple locations in a fast-growing luxury brand

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams across multiple store locations.
• Proven ability to deliver results against KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Experience in recruitment, coaching and succession planning.
• High attention to detail and focus on elevated customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across up to 5 WA locations.
• Oversee store performance, customer experience and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and Multi-State Manager on regional strategies.
• Drive commercial results through clear leadership and accountability.
