Job summary

Oroton Group Pty Limited is opening a brand-new Myer Karrinyup concession in Perth and seeks an experienced Concession Manager to lead the team from day one.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive commercial success, deliver a premium customer experience, recruit and coach staff, and ensure elevated visual standards across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in a concession environment; David Jones or Myer experience desirable.
• Proven ability to lead a retail team in premium or high-volume settings.
• Strong customer service focus with a track record of achieving sales KPI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to become true Oroton ambassadors.
• Drive sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment.
• Oversee daily operations including rostering, recruitment, and customer experience.
• Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotions.

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring retail leader to join our brand-new Myer Karrinyup location as Concession Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new store opening and play a key role in establishing the Oroton presence within one of Perth’s premier retail destinations. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take ownership of the concession, driving commercial success while creating a premium customer experience from day one.

You will lead with confidence, build strong relationships, coach your team to deliver exceptional service, and create a store environment that reflects the sophistication and quality of the Oroton brand.

Permanent Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday roster

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
• Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment
• Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
• Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
• Partner with regional, state and national leaders to implement store-specific strategies

What You Bring

• Experience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable)
• Understanding of concession stock processes and operational requirements (desirable)
• Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environment
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience
• A natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury product
• Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
• A positive, energetic leadership style that inspires and motivates your team
