Job summary

Oroton Canberra Outlet Store is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment. You will drive sales performance, guide rostering and recruitment, and ensure exceptional in-store experiences for every customer.

You will partner with VM and regional leaders to sustain an elevated brand presence, while nurturing a positive store culture and staff development.

We’re seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our high-performing Canberra Outlet Store. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, perfect for a hands‑on leader who thrives on driving results, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll lead from the front, energising your team through peak trade while elevating every touchpoint of the in-store journey.

Permanent full‑time | Tuesday-Saturday roster

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and inspire a large team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a strong, positive store culture.
• Drive performance in a high-volume environment, exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Oversee all store operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
