Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing or International Business, or equivalent.
• Experience developing regional recruitment strategies and meeting KPIs.
• Understanding Australian international education regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the regional recruitment strategy for Southeast Asia.
• Deliver market-specific recruitment and conversion initiatives to targets.
• Lead regional team to support organisational objectives.
• Manage education agent networks and partnerships with government and institutions.
• Oversee the regional marketing budget and events.
• Represent QUT at recruitment and partner events.
• Collaborate with Admissions, International Marketing and faculties.
