Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane is seeking a Regional Manager, Southeast Asia to lead QUT’s marketing, student recruitment, business development and partnership activities across the region. The role develops and implements regional recruitment strategy and delivers market-specific recruitment and conversion initiatives to hit targets.

• Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing or International Business or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing regional recruitment strategies.
• Ability to interpret policy and compliance for international recruitment.
• Experience managing education agents and government partners.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading a team and managing budgets.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and Indigenous engagement.
• Desirable: working knowledge of a second language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the regional team across Southeast Asia and set recruitment priorities.
• Manage education agent networks and relationships with institutional partners and government agencies.
• Oversee the regional marketing budget and drive market-specific recruitment initiatives.
• Represent QUT at national and international recruitment and partner events.
• Collaborate with International, Admissions, Marketing and faculties to meet recruitment targets.
