Job summary

QUT is seeking a Regional Manager, China to lead marketing, student recruitment, business development and partnerships across the region. The role delivers market-specific recruitment initiatives to achieve targets and leads the regional team, education agent networks, and government partner relations.

The successful candidate will collaborate across International, Admissions, International Marketing and faculties to advance international recruitment and engagement objectives.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing or International Business or equivalent.
• Experience developing regional recruitment strategies and KPIs.
• Ability to interpret policy and compliance for international recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead China regional team and manage education agent networks.
• Develop and implement regional recruitment strategies to meet targets.
• Oversee regional marketing budget and partner relationships.
