Job summary

Strathfield College is seeking a Regional Marketing & Sales Manager – International Education (Subcontinent) to drive student recruitment, education agent engagement, business development, and marketing activities. This hands‑on role involves working closely with management to increase student enrolments, strengthen partnerships with education agents, and expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

Must have proven sales or recruitment experience in education marketing.
Strong communication skills with agents and international students.
Experience using CRM systems and managing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with education agents and partners.
Visit education agents to promote Strathfield College and its courses.
Identify and approach new education agents and partners.
Respond to student and agent enquiries and follow up consistently.
Generate student leads and support their conversion to applications and enrolments.
Promote upcoming intakes, new courses and promotions.
Coordinate agent meetings, presentations and promotional activities.
Support marketing campaigns to increase enquiries and enrolments.
Assist with social media content and digital marketing activities.
Prepare course promotions and marketing materials.
