Job summary

Ford Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Central & Western Region across WA, SA, and the Northern Territory, driving Sales, Service, Customer Satisfaction and Parts through our dealer network. You will report to the Director of Sales & CX and base at the Perth Regional Office, with interstate travel essential.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with solid automotive industry knowledge.
• Proven leadership experience in a dealer/network environment.

• Own the performance of the Central & Western Region in Sales, Service, and Parts.
