BYD Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to develop and grow BYD and DENZA fleet business across Western Australia. You will build relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, FMOs, and dealer partners; drive regional fleet opportunities and manage tenders, pricing, and delivery with cross-functional teams.

Travel across the region and interstate, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in automotive fleet sales are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Formal qualification in Business, Automotive or Commerce.
• Experience in automotive fleet sales and business development.
• Strong understanding of fleet procurement and TCO.

• Develop regional fleet activities aligned with national strategy.
• Meet regional fleet sales, volume and revenue objectives.
• Identify new opportunities across corporate, government, SME, and novated leases.
• Maintain a strong regional fleet pipeline with opportunity management.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to convert opportunities.
• Coordinate tendering, pricing and proposals with stakeholders.
• Provide regular regional fleet reporting and performance updates.
• Travel regularly across WA and interstate as required.
