Job summary

Bolton Clarke Residential Aged Care Opportunities is seeking a Regional Lifestyle Services Specialist to support 36 Residential Aged Care Homes across Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia. This full-time role sits within the Customer and Communications team and focuses on delivering high-quality leisure programs that enhance residents’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Diversional Therapy or related qualification.
• Experience designing leisure programs for aged care or health services.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Lifestyle Framework and keep program knowledge current.
• Develop creative, meaningful leisure programs for residents.
• Mentor Lifestyle Coordinators/Assistants to boost productivity.
• Cover Lifestyle Service Coordinator duties during recruitment and leaves.
• Ensure compliance with consumer experience goals and regulatory standards.
