Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced regional Lifestyle Services Specialist to support 36 Residential Aged Care Homes across Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia. This full-time role is part of the Customer and Communications team and emphasizes delivering high-quality, meaningful leisure programs for residents.

You will advocate for the Lifestyle Services Framework, coach coordinators, and ensure continuous improvement in program delivery while meeting regulatory requirements and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Diversional Therapy or related field is required.
• Experience with leisure and lifestyle programming in aged care or similar setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Lifestyle Framework and keep program knowledge up to date.
• Develop creative and meaningful leisure programming for residents.
• Mentor Lifestyle Coordinators and Assistants to improve productivity.
• Cover Homes’ lifestyle services continuity during recruitment and leave.
• Ensure compliance with consumer experience goals and regulatory standards.
