Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to support Diversional Therapists and Residential Managers in delivering tailored leisure and lifestyle programs for residents. You will assess individual needs, collaborate with staff and volunteers, and help develop care plans that enhance well-being.

Qualifications

Diploma preferred; Lifestyle Management, Gerontology, Social Work is preferred.
Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy is preferred.
Knowledge of WHS practices and cultural sensitivity.
Excellent communication, customer experience, planning and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

Analyse individual resident needs and tailor leisure and lifestyle activities.
Collaborate to tailor therapeutic activities with nurses and managers.
Evaluate effectiveness of plans and identify improvements.
Support accreditation efforts and ensure compliance with standards.
