Bolton Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Regional Lifestyle Services Specialist to support 36 Residential Aged Care Homes across Victoria, WA and SA. You will guide the Lifestyle Services Framework, ensuring quality leisure programming and consistent client experiences across sites.
You will mentor coordinators, maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, and help drive continuous improvement while meeting regulatory standards.
Qualificações
- Diploma/degree in Diversional Therapy or related field.
- Experience in leisure and lifestyle programming in aged care or health/human services.
- Clear and adaptable communication with all levels of the organisation.
- Proficient computer skills (Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Intranet).
- Ability to travel intra/interstate with overnight stays.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and drive the Lifestyle Framework across 36 Residential Aged Care Homes.
- Develop innovative leisure programming to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Mentor and coach Lifestyle Services Coordinators/Assistants.
- Act as Lifestyle Service Coordinator when needed to ensure continuity.
- Ensure systems and processes support consumer experience goals and compliance.
