Job summary

The Northern Land Council is seeking an experienced Regional Learning Partner to support workforce capability across the Darwin Daily Wagait region. You will collaborate with managers and teams to deliver practical, culturally responsive learning initiatives and help build employment pathways for a skilled workforce.

You’ll facilitate learning programs, partner with leaders and external providers, and contribute to meaningful development opportunities that align with operational needs across

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification (Cert IV/ Diploma) in learning and development, training, human resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in learning, workforce development or capability building roles, delivering measurable outcomes in a complex organisational setting.
  • Experience planning and facilitating learning programs using a range of contemporary learning approaches.
  • A current C Class Driver's Licence and willingness to travel remotely, including by manual 4WD vehicle and light aircraft.

Responsibilities

  • Be the local link between organisational learning strategies and regional workforce needs.
  • Identify capability gaps, coordinate learning solutions and ensure access to development opportunities that are practical and culturally appropriate.
  • Support ranger capability programs, employment pathways and workplace learning initiatives to build a skilled workforce.
