Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach, program coordination, or social services.
• Skills in building partnerships with Aboriginal communities, government agencies, and local service providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, reporting, and documentation.
• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating programs, including basic budgeting.
• Understanding of Aboriginal cultural safety and trauma-informed practice.
• On-site work in Darwin, with flexibility to attend community locations.
• Must have a current driver’s license and meet relevant compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, delivery, and evaluation of outreach services.
• Coordinate outreach teams and develop program plans.
• Manage schedules and budgets; monitor and report on progress.
• Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement of outreach models.
