Job summary

Central Land Council is seeking a Ranger Workforce Development Officer to coordinate training for remote ranger groups across Central Australia and drive on-ground land management initiatives. The role focuses on developing and delivering training with CLC staff and providers, including leadership of the Annual Ranger Camp.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of training to remote ranger groups across Central Australia to enable implementation of on-ground land management programs.
• Liaise with training providers and CLC staff to develop and deliver remote and town based training programs.
• Lead the project management for CLCs Annual Ranger Camp.
