NSW Rural Fire Service is seeking a Learning Development Coordinator (Northern) to lead training development across Area Commands and Districts, coordinating learning programs to strengthen volunteer capability.

You will apply adult learning principles, manage stakeholder engagement, and deliver high-quality learning outcomes with flexible arrangements negotiated with the relevant Area Commander.
